Owners of trailers/containers parked on lands in the following locations are asked to remove their property by Friday November 15, 2025:

  1. The roadway between Sugar Store Road and University Row (leading from the Port of Bridgetown’s Cargo Gate to the North Gate)
  2. Barbados Port Inc. lands adjacent to the Mighty Grynner Highway
  3. The roadway from the Mighty Grynner Highway leading to the Barbados Coast Guard and ADM Mills

Trailers/containers in these locations present both safety and security concerns.

Barbados Port Inc. will suspend Port access to companies failing to comply with this directive. The suspension will be for an initial five working days, which may be extended until the trailers/containers have been removed.

You are further advised to desist from the practice of parking trailers/containers in the reserved spaces outlined above, as well as any other unauthorized spaces.

Your prompt attention and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
